Order Process Guide

THE ORDER PROCESS

  1. Once your account is active, Login and click on the “Products” tab at the top of the page in the main menu.

  2. Build up your wholesale order by simply adding the required quantity of each item to your basket until you have reached the minimum order level for your account band. (this is displayed in your basket area whilst shopping)

  3. Product can be ordered in any quantities from 1 upwards, however there is a premium for buying products in single units due to the extra time required for picking lower volume/multiple product orders.

  4. Select your method of shipping. Uk orders are sent via a national courier at a cost of £5.99 for orders up to £299.99. Orders with a value over £300 are sent free of charge.

  5. International orders are calculated using the information within our system to offer the most accurate price possible. It may be that there are occasions where the systems shipping quote is inaccurate. If this occurs, we reserve the right to request additional fund for the extra shipping charges required. Likewise, if the shipping cost has been overcharged, we will also offer a refund/credit to your account for the difference.

  6. Some countries have specific requirements in order to clear customs. For example Qatar will require an ATR Document. This will be added to our order once its requirements have been confirmed. We will then inform you and update your order.

  7. During checkout you have several payment options. Pay by credit card, bank transfer, Cheque (sterling only), Paypal or on account if you have an approved credit account*.

  8. Once your order has been submitted it is passed over to our dispatch team who pick, check, (check again) and then package your order which is then booked in using the required shipping method chosen.

  9. We will update our system when the goods have been dispatched and you will receive an appropriate email confirming its “shipped”.

ON ACCOUNT CUSTOMERS

  1. For customers who hold a credit account, you can log in and view your outstanding invoices and select which ones you would like to pay and how you will be paying for them (Bank Transfer, Cheque, Credit Card or Paypal. We will then receive the update and action this in our accounts system once the payment has cleared.

*A UK credit account will only be considered after 3 pro forma orders and a satisfactory credit check has been carried out on your company. We are guided by a national credit advisory and adhere to their suggested limits. International accounts are not liable for a credit account.
