Equipment
- Tray lined with greaseproof paper
- Melting pot
Ingredients
- 200g Condensed Milk
- 225g Icing Sugar (sieved)
- 175g Desiccated Coconut
Decorating Ingredients
- Pink & Aqua ProGel Colours
- Rose & Turquoise Glitter
- Gold Stars Confetti
Recipe
1. Mix together the condensed milk and icing sugar. Stir in the coconut (mix should be very stiff) and divide into half. Colour one half of the mix Pink and the rest Aqua, keep mixing until you have an even colour.
2. Divide the mix into even shaped balls and place onto a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper. Place into the refrigerator to firm.
3. Melt the chocolate. Dip each ball into the chocolate, placing each one back onto the tray.
4. Sprinkle each one with glitter or gold stars. Place back into the refrigerator to set.
5. Place into clear bags, making them ideal homemade gifts for family or friends this Christmas.
