A biscuit recipe of your choice or round shop bought biscuits

Decorating Ingredients

Rainbow Dust Products:

- Grey ProGel

- Silver Metallic Paint

- Click Twist Glue Pen

- Snow White Sparkle Dust

- White Fondant

- Royal Icing Mix

Instructions

1. Add the suggested amount of Grey ProGel to your fondant.

2. Gently knead the ProGel into the fondant until evenly mixed.

3. Once the fondant is fully coloured with no white or marble effect, lightly dust your work surface with icing sugar and roll out the grey fondant to a thickness of about 3cm.

4. Cut out circles the same size as your biscuits.

5. Using the Click Twist Glue Brush, brush a thin layer of glue onto your biscuits, then place the fondant circles on top.

6. Prepare your royal icing according to the ratio instructions on the packaging, aiming for a thick but pipeable consistency. Add the suggested amount of Grey ProGel and mix well.

7. Using a thin piping nozzle, pipe the disco ball lines as shown in the reference image. Add twinkles by piping diamond shapes and flooding with icing.

8. Set aside until the royal icing has fully dried.

9. Once dry, paint the twinkles and lines with Silver Metallic Paint.

10. Finish with a few pumps of Sparkle Dust for that extra Rainbow Dust sparkle.
