A cupcake recipe of your choice or shop bought cupcakes/muffins
Piping bag and nozzle
Icing Sugar
Cutters of your choice
Rolling pin
Small food safe brush
Decorating Ingredients
Buttercream
Rainbow Dust Products:
- Sky Blue & Navy ProGel Colours
- Gold Lustres
- Golden Belle Sparkle Dust
Squires Kitchen:
- Cocoform Modelling Chocolate Paste
Recipe
1. Split your buttercream in half. Add the recommended amount of Sky Blue ProGel to one bowl and the recommended amount of Navy ProGel to the other.
2. Fill one side of your piping bag with the Sky Blue buttercream and the other side with the Navy buttercream. Set the piping bag aside.
3. Gently knead your Cocoform Paste until pliable. Lightly dust your work surface with icing sugar, then roll out the Cocoform to a thickness of about 3cm.
4. Dust your Cocoform shapes with Lustre using a brush for even coverage.
5. Pipe the two-tone buttercream onto the top of your cupcakes, then decorate with your Lustre Cocoform shapes.
6. Finish with a few pumps of Sparkle Dust for that extra Rainbow Dust sparkle.
