Glycerine is a versatile essential store cupboard item for any cake maker. The Rainbow Dust Glycerine is an odourless, viscous liquid that can be used when making royal icing to ensure it has a softer consistency for coating.  It can also be added to chocolate to create a thicker consistency making it ideal for piping.

To can also be used to lengthen the shelf-life of your cakes by adding one or two tablespoons into your mix, which also leaves your cakes soft and delicious.
