Soft and easy to knead, with a delicious vanilla flavour. Use me for shallow, single tier cakes, covering cake boards and 2D shapes.

Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Palm Oil, Water, Humectant: Vegetable Glycerine, Emulsifier: Mono- and Di- Glycerides of Fatty Acids, Stabiliser: Carboxymethyl Cellulose, Preservative: Potassium Sorbate, Colour: Titanium Dioxide, Flavouring.

Allergy advice: Made in a factory that handles nut ingredients (Almonds).

Store in a cool, dry place. For any left over icing, pop into a sealable bag for next time, or be creative and cut into shapes/ use in moulds.

Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Kosher and Halal approved.
