Hi!, I’m Berna, Venezuelan for life and daughter of Spaniards. I am true lover of cakes and their processes and flavours. I have been In creative confectionery for more than 10 years, a beautiful path full of emotions, opportunities and enriching experiences. I have learnt from the best and met many beautiful and talented people along the way. I have been awarded prizes for creativity in confectionery at a national and international level, allowing me to share my knowledge in training and courses at industry fairs and on a personal level.
