Sabine Guilhem, otherwise known as Miss Blush, has been teaching and designing cakes since 2012. Her passion for fashion shines through in her cake design, constantly drawing inspiration from her surroundings. She is also passionate about pastry, and often features this in her creations. Miss Blush is a multiple award winning cake designer, her latest accolade being cake designer of excellence in 2021. She regularly collaborates with other cake artists from around the world, and has travelled far and wide to carry out training. Her projects have often featured in magazines, both on the front cover and as tutorials inside. Miss Blush makes a vast array of goodies from birthday and wedding cakes to cookies and doughnuts, and also has her own collection of tools and cookie cutters.
