Baby Faced Baker's Red Velvet Cookies

Rhiain also known as the Baby Faced Baker has created this super easy cookie recipe for you all to try at home, using our Red ProGel

Baking Ingredients

75g granulated sugar

100g soft brown sugar

230g self raising flour

1tbsp cocoa powder

1tsp vanilla extract

125g butter, melted

50g milk

Rainbow Dust red food gel

100g white chocolate chips

100g dark chocolate chips

Top Tips

1. In to your mixing bowl, weigh out both sugars, flour, cocoa, vanilla, butter and milk.

2. Squeeze in some red food gel.

3. Mix on a medium speed until everything is incorporated. If needed, add some more food gel until you get your desired colour.

4. Stir in the chocolate chips.

5. Once you’ve got your dough, divide it into 8 equal parts.


6. Roll each lump into a ball and flatten gently.

7. Pop all the cookies on a baking
tray and bake at 170c fan for 15 minutes.
