Valentine's Strawberry Oreo Stuffed Cookies

Baking Ingredients
- 1 pouch of cookie mix
- 1 large egg
- 1 pack of Oreos
- 1/2 tsp of strawberry flavouring
- 100g white chocolate chips
- 113g butter
Decorating Ingredients
- Red ProGel
- Snow White Sparkle Dust Spray
- Heart Sprinkles
Instructions
1. Crush 5 Oreo cookies in a bowl
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the contents of the cookie mix pouch, large egg, butter, crushed Oreos, strawberry flavouring, white chocolate chips and a squirt of red ProGel.
3. Follow the cookie mix instructions on the back of the pouch to make 6 large cookie dough balls.
4. Flatten each cookie dough ball then pop an Oreo in the centre, carefully encasing the Oreo in the dough, ensuring it is completely sealed, then roll back into a ball.
5. Continue to follow the instructions to bake the cookies and cooled.
6. Once cooled, melt the white chocolate chips in a bowl in short spurts of 30 seconds until melted.
7. Drizzle the chocolate on top of the cookies with a spoon, then crumble and sprinkle Oreos and heart sprinkles on top. Add your sparkle dust spray - Enjoy!
